When making a purchase we will require your name, address and credit or debit card details for payment and delivery. A valid email address or phone number is needed in case there is a problem with your order and we need to contact you.
We reserve the right to cancel an order as a result of the product being out of stock or our inability to obtain authorisation of payment. If a pricing error is identified before an item is shipped, we will offer the opportunity to purchase the item at the correct selling price but reserve the right to cancel the order and give a full refund.
We like to pass savings on to you wherever possible and we offer free delivery on all orders. Items that are selected for free shipping will be sent 2nd class through Royal Mail. We can’t control the speed of the post especially in peak times like Christmas, so please allow up to a week for delivery. For quicker delivery please select one of the alternative postage options.
Please note that the colours of our images may differ slightly on your computer screen, however we do our upmost to make sure these are photographed accurately.
We measure all our products and give you an approximate size. With our products being handmade occasionally they maybe a mm or two out, but we make sure they are as accurate as possible.
