Returns Policy

Damaged Items
We always aim to maintain high standards in the products we stock and dispatch but, in the event that you receive a damaged item or if something has happened in transit, please contact us by email at enquiries@littlemoleboutique.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your item so a refund or replacement can be arranged.   We are keen to save any stress for our customer so we would ask you to provide us with photographic proof of any damage, we can then access if you need to return the item to us.  Once this has happened we can arrange a refund or replacement for you.

Unsuitable Items
Should you decide your order is not quite what you wanted, then we will still happily arrange a refund for you.  Download our Returns Form and email us to notify us of the return at enquiries@littlemoleboutique.co.uk.  A refund will be given on receipt of the return * (excluding any additional postage costs you paid for at the time of order).  You are responsible for any items until they have been received by us at the return address.  Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused and in the original packaging.  If the return is sent to us out of the 30 day period or the product does not reach us in its original condition, we may need to decline your refund. *

Exchanges
If you have received your item but would like to exchange it for something else, we will do our best to accommodate this for you.  We would require you to return your order to us first to check over, please email us to advise us you are returning it for an exchange and download our Returns Form.  Providing the returned item is in good order and the item you would like to exchange it for is in stock then we can facilitate this for you.  If any product is out of stock, then we will discuss other options with you or arrange a refund. You are responsible for any items until they have been received by us at the return address.  Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unused and in the original packaging. *

*All refunds will be made to the original form of payment.
* It is the customer’s responsibility for the return cost of postage, please obtain a proof of postage certificate as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
