Are all your products made from leather?

We have sourced various items, some of which are leather, some faux leather.  We have different ranges so we can match different budgets - we want everyone to look fabulous in our items.  See the descriptions on each product for the material details.

Can you create a bespoke piece for me?

No I’m afraid we are unable to at this time.  We work closely with our artisan suppliers, sourcing lovely handmade items so we hope that we have plenty on offer for you to choose from.

I have sent you an email, how long should I wait for a response?

We always endeavour to respond to any email within 24 hours.  Please bear with us at peak times.

Is my personal information secure?

We take care to protect your privacy and secure your information.  Please look at our Privacy Policy.

How do I make an order?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Paypal, or you can continue as a guest as Paypal accepts card payments.

How will I know you received my order?

You will receive an order confirmation via email. Please check your junk mail folders as emails will sometimes go there first.

How can I find my order number?

If you created an account at the time of purchase, your order details including reference number will be shown in your account. Alternatively your reference number can be found on any email correspondence from us.  If you have any problems with locating your order details please contact us at enquiries@littlemoleboutique.co.uk.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

We ship our items within 1-2 days Monday to Friday, if the order hasn’t been packaged & dispatched yet then we will try our best to accommodate you with any additional items.  If it’s too late to add items to your order, then please create a new order.

Can I cancel an order that’s been made?

You can cancel your order up until we have it packaged and dispatched from our warehouse. If your order has already been dispatched, you can return it within 30 days of receipt.  Please see our Returns Policy. Please email us if you need any assistance

What are the delivery charges & how quickly will I receive my order?

We offer free standard 2nd class postage with Royal mail on all orders.  There are options for quicker postage at the time of purchase.  Please allow time for delivery after dispatch, especially in peak times.

Can I track my order?

You can track your order if you have selected signed for/recorded postage.  If you would like to track your purchase please message us for details

Are my details safe?

We do not store any card/bank details on our system at all – it’s all done through Paypal after your order is complete.  For full details please see our Privacy Policy.

How will my order be packaged?
  • Faux Leather Wraps - These will come in cello protective packet, they will be sent in a jiffy envelope.  We don’t gift wrap these to keep the costs as low as they are, making them a super affordable item.
  • Boho Wrap Bracelets – They will be sent in a jiffy envelope along with a velvet pouch to keep your item protected in.
  • Bangles – These will be wrapped in bubble wrapped and depending on the size of the order, they will be sent in jiffy envelope or small box.
Where are you based and do you ship worldwide?

We are based in Kent and at present we only ship within the UK via the website.  

If you are based outside of the UK and would like to place an order please email us directly.  Shipping charges will apply for outside of the UK, but if you let us know what you would like to order we will then advise you of the additional shipping costs.  A paypal invoice will then be sent to you, where payment can be made either by Paypal or bank card.

How do I return an item?

What if I receive a faulty product?

We will work with you as quickly as possible to rectify the problem.  If you can provide a photo of the damage then we may not need you to return this and can arrange a refund or replacement.  Please see our Returns Policy
